Consequently, the management of the building has been transferred to PVL Properties Limited and we will continue to manage the property.

After the approval of the redevelopment of part of the site within Kensington and Chelsea, which includes the Earls Court Exhibition Centre, PVL Properties has formulated a positive long-term view on the Earls Court area. In light of these developments, we have successfully signed a mandate on the building management of Grenbeck Court (30–34 Trebovir Road) — three unbroken freeholds comprising thirty-five self-contained flats in the heart of Earls Court.
