A New Tenancy Administration Fee (This fee contributes towards negotiating the tenancy, collecting references on the tenant (and guarantor, if applicable), drawing up the tenancy agreement, sending Health & Safety documents and How To Rent Guide to tenants, protecting the security deposit with a government-approved scheme and providing the tenant with a deposit certificate and prescribed information.) | £350 |

Deposit:
Once you decide to go ahead with renting a property through PVL Properties, a holding deposit equivalent to one week’s rent will be payable in order to secure the property. The holding deposit is payable via bank transfer, into our NatWest Client Account.
Once the holding deposit is paid, we will take the property off the market whilst we obtain references. If the tenancy proceeds, your deposit will be put towards your total tenancy deposit, which is equivalent to five weeks’ rent.
